Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026. This policy explains how this website handles the information you send through the quote request form.
Information You Provide
When you request a cleaning quote, we collect the contact details, property information, service preferences, and optional photos you submit.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and discuss appointment availability.
Quote Requests and Appointment Confirmation
Submitting a quote request does not confirm an appointment or final price. Maria confirms the scope, price, and availability with you.
Service Providers
This website is hosted by Hostinger, which also sends the quote-request email from the server. Quote requests are delivered to Maria's Gmail inbox and kept in a private list inside the website's administration area, visible only to authorized staff. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-protection service, to confirm that a request comes from a person; Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address for that check. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Photos and Attachments
Photos you upload are used only to understand your request. Please avoid including personal documents or private information in photos.
Analytics and Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies or ad-tracking tools. The website may use essential cookies and the Cloudflare Turnstile check to keep the form secure and working. If we add website analytics in the future, we will update this page and describe what is collected.
Retention
Photos you upload are stored privately and deleted automatically from the website server 30 days after your request. Quote requests (name, contact details, property details and preferences) stay in Maria's private list and email until she deletes them, and she can delete yours on request. Copies may also remain for a limited time in the hosting provider's backups and in email, according to their own retention schedules.
Contact Us
